What I enjoy most about my Job
I love the passion that people have for collecting artwork as much as I enjoy being involved within the industry. You learn so much from so many different people and their taste, genre’s and art ideas that I am constantly having my eyes opened to seeing pieces in new lights or a client’s new collection.
Background
I have always worked or studied within the Art Industry. Having completed my Undergraduate in Fine Art and my Postgraduate Masters in Fine Art History: Art Restoration and Conservation I always knew that my Career would stem from my passion.
I have been lucky enough to travel to numerous parts of the world to engage in their arts culture, however for me the most influential place would have been when I was restoring 11th-16th century Italian paintings in Florence.
First artistic memory
I was 5 years old and I was taken to The National Gallery by my Father, who was an artist too. He bought me my first box of colouring pencils, which I still have to this day 22 years later.
Favourite Artists
